We guarantee that all products arrive authentic and in sealed, undamaged condition.
If Your Item Is Defective or Mis-shipped
- Notify us at support@purrfectpulls.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or error.
- We’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund once verified.
Limitations
- We do not guarantee specific cards inside sealed packs or boxes (since pack contents are random).
- We do not cover damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
- We may require the item be returned for inspection before resolution.
