Defective & Quality Guarantee — Purrfect Pulls

We guarantee that all products arrive authentic and in sealed, undamaged condition.

If Your Item Is Defective or Mis-shipped

  1. Notify us at support@purrfectpulls.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or error.
  3. We’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund once verified.

Limitations

  • We do not guarantee specific cards inside sealed packs or boxes (since pack contents are random).
  • We do not cover damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
  • We may require the item be returned for inspection before resolution.
