📍 Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day or next business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order size and destination.

Economy Shipping
Standard shipping option shown at checkout.
FREE on orders over $200 (continental U.S.)
Orders under $200 are charged the calculated rate shown at checkout.

Local Delivery / Meetup
Available within the Woodbridge, NJ area (approximately 5–10 miles).
Delivery is via a scheduled public meetup location.
Home pickup is not available.
Meetup details will be coordinated after checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
Rate calculated at checkout.

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
Rate calculated at checkout.

🎁 Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders and will be clearly reflected at checkout when applicable.

📍 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All orders include tracking.
Orders over $50 ship with tracking and delivery confirmation (required for insurance eligibility).

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Economy / Standard: 2–7 business days
Expedited: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal volume, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

📦 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

Insured orders will be refunded or replaced once the carrier confirms the loss.

Purrfect Pulls is not responsible for theft or damage after delivery confirmation.
