Refund & Final Sale Policy — Purrfect Pulls
All items sold by Purrfect Pulls are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect purchases.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to: sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, tins), single cards, graded cards, and accessories.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item due to our error. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Email support@purrfectpulls.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos showing the issue.
- Approved claims will require the item to be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Return & Refund Conditions
- Returned items must be received in the same condition as delivered.
- Items that are opened, altered, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may be denied.

By placing an order with Purrfect Pulls, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and items are sold as is, except where required by law.
