Refund & Final Sale Policy — Purrfect Pulls
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes sealed products (booster boxes, packs, tins) and accessories unless noted otherwise.
Exceptions – Defective or Mis-shipped Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described, you may request a claim within 7 days of delivery.
- Email support@purrfectpulls.com with your order number, name, and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll review your claim and may provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement.
- After inspection, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
Conditions for Claims / Refunds
- Item must remain sealed or in original packaging (unless damage broke the seal).
- Refunds exclude original shipping cost unless the issue was our error.
- Claims submitted after 7 days or for tampered/opened items may be denied or partially refunded.
Products labeled “Final Sale – No Returns” on their page are not eligible for return except as required by law.
